In 1922, a wealthy British man named Howard Carter discovered the burial site of King Tutankhamen in the Valley of the grave site of Kings. There are many precious relics of gold, items, and even food are buried in this location.
Since this is a major archaeological discovery, many other archaeologists went to the grave sites of the Valley of the Kings. Soon afterwards mysterious things begin to happen. Many of the archaeologists, who ever entered the tomb fell ill and eventually died. Reported during the 1920's, more than (just) two dozen people died not long after entering the tomb of King Tutankhamen. This is the beginning of the curse of King Tutankhamen.
Around the spring of 1923, Lord Carnarvon (donors of Howard Carter expedition) was bitten by a mosquito on the cheek when shaving. It was causing him to become infected and then Lord Carnarvon died, and at the same time all the lights in the city of Cairo in a strange outages. That morning when Lord Carnarvon died of his dogs started barking and then suddenly died. The Curse of King Tutankhamen ranging widely publicized by the media. Extraordinary media coverage raises other news emerging. There is one story stating Howard carter dead canary cobra pegged right after the discovery of the tomb door.
Many people believe the curse of King Tut was true, until in 1986 a French physician, Caroline Stenger-Phillip found an explanation for the mysterious deaths of those. Dr. Stenger-Phillip declare the fruit and vegetables in the tomb may cause
emergence of organic dust particles. These particles may have to have a potential allergen. He also claims that archaeologists develop an allergic reaction after inhaling all the particles which in turn leads to their death. He does not believe that the curse of Tut is the cause of the mysterious deaths.
The Curse of King Tutankhamen is still a mystery. For some people it is just superstition, but there are still many of those who truly believe in the curse. Is there truly a curse? Do you believe in the "Curse of King Tutankhamen?"
